What do they do ? What’s the project about ?

Jazz hotel consists in the creation of a set of music related services to be offered to few high standard hotels so to constitute for them an added value, expand and diversify their offer and therefore their clientele. The target of beneficiaries of the project are hotels and hotels chain owners that recognize in music a plus for their activities, but also music lovers, interested in being accommodated, during their holidays and business trips stays, in hotels able to offer them unique music related services.

Why did they create it ? What kind of impact (social, artistic, innovative,) does the project have?

The project idea was born from the analysis of the offer and from the convergence of several professionalism in the hospitality industry, in the industry of furnishings and accessories applied to the cultural filed and specifically in the organization of event. The project holder is Giorgio Ivan, President of the cultural association Blues in Villa. Beside him, also an artistic Director will be active part of the project.

How does the SMATH Project help them? What are the next steps?

Through the tools presented during the SMATH initiatives, a fruitful group work and constructive comparison with the referents of other projects, it was possible to model the Jazz Hotel idea highlighting its strengths and critical points in a path that has been useful and concrete as desired.
